Do you ever feel sad, nostalgic, or simply not in the mood during the holidays? You might be experiencing the “Holiday Blues.” Join us for a student workshop to learn what they are, why they happen, and how to manage them with healthy tools and resources. We’ll wrap up the session with a fun Thanksgiving turkey craft to lift your spirits!
