HOW TO ACCESS PARENT PORTAL FOR GRADES

This provides step-by-step instructions to create your Parent Portal account, so you can see your students grades. You will be able to see what they are doing in each class throughout the 6-weeks. In addition, this is were you will access their progress reports and report cards. To access the video, simply click on the link below.

Attached you will find the Fall Semester Exam Schedule. Please note that online students must follow the exam schedule as well!!!

TI NSPIRE CX GRAPHING CALCULATOR CHECK-OUT AGREEMENT

This agreement is for 8th grade and Algebra 1 virtual (online) students who are scheduled to take the STAAR exam. The virtual (online) student will receive one Ti-Nspire CX and charging cord.

The student and parent agree to both the A+ Academy Secondary School Acceptable Use Policy and that if the device is lost or damaged, they will be responsible for replacement.

****** Calculators can be checked out from 1:00-2:30 pm on Wednesday, October 21st and Thursday, October 22nd.******

CHROMEBOOK AGREEMENT AND PICK-UP: WEEK OF AUGUST 10

As we gear up to begin our school year learning from home, we want our students to be set for success for the first day. Due to COVID-19, we have created an online form for parents and students to complete prior to picking up their Chromebook. 

Be sure to complete the google form BEFORE coming to pick up your student’s Chromebook.

Please review the schedule for pick up below and complete the google form BEFORE coming to pick up your student’s chromebook.

Pick Up time and information for Chromebooks 2020 - 2021 School Year

All times are assigned by the student last name. This is an attempt to make it easier on parents, so you can get all your chromebooks at once. Please note that although you may pick up all chromebooks at one time, YOU MUST SUBMIT THIS FORM FOR EACH STUDENT SEPARATELY. You must also pay the $25 technology use fee for EACH chromebook you are picking up.

Tuesday, August 4th

8am to 11:30am – ALL Students with last names A - C

12:30 to 4pm – ALL Students with last names D – F

 

Wednesday, August 5th

8am to 11:30am – ALL Students with last name G    

12:30 to 4pm – ALL Students with last names H – L

 

Thursday, August 6th

8am to 11:30am – ALL Students with last name M

12:30pm to 4pm – ALL Students with last names N – Q

 

Friday, August 7th

8am to 11:30am – ALL Students with last names R - S

12:30 to 4pm – ALL Students with last names T – Z
